ON TOP OF IT EVERY DAY
Spencer Lockwood Conveyancing, and in particular Daniel Blake, made what it seemed impossible happen! He was really helpful, professional and always responded to our enquiries timely and efficiently.
We were first time buyers acquiring a house in a country which is not our country of origin, so absolutely everything was new to us. Also, the vendor was in a chain and then of course, COVID-19 came to our lives. We had to put the transaction on hold for some time, and when the situation improved a bit we decided to go ahead with the purchase. On top of this, the vendor's solicitors and estate agents did not make things any easier either... I would need hours to list all the things that they did (or didn't do), but I don't have that time and I'm sure you don't have time to read it either. I would just summarise the experience with the vendor's solicitors as an absolute nightmare.
So I can certainly say it has been the most stressful 8 months (8 months yes!) of our lives, and even in the last few weeks I feared the purchase would fall through and we would end up on the street. Exchange and completion dates were delayed on several occasions due to the other parties' fault, however Daniel was on top of it every day and finally got us the house!
Overall, this firm's services have been excellent at a very reasonable price, and I would definitely recommend Spencer Lockwood Conveyancing. Thanks very much again Daniel, you have been great!

We recently completed on a property purchase using Spencer Lockwood and our experience from start to finish has been great. I dealt mainly with Daniel, Beethika and Martyna but just want to thank everyone for making what is usually a very difficult process, so stress free and almost a breeze for us!
Throughout the process, we found it was very easy to contact members of the team, they were always timely and responsive to any queries that we had and we were always kept informed about what was going on and the latest developments.
